About Us

Threadz R Us is owned by a pair of best friends; Hillary & Dale. 

Hillary went to school for dental hygiene and worked for several years in the field. While working in dental, her mental health started to suffer and she realized that her passions didn't lie in the dental field, but in the world of CREATION. She enjoyed learning new skills and creating items that brought joy and smiles to the people around her. She decided to dive into the world of creating and find what really brings passion to her soul. With many trial and error, she realized that she loved creating unique and custom clothing items so people can show their personality through their clothes. She'd also been eyeing up rug tufting for a few years and finally decided to take the jump! Rugs felt like such unique items, these aren't items that you'd find on amazon or at Walmart, mass produced by machinery. These took blood, sweat, tears and TIME to make. Hand tufted, hand shaven and carved- it's "fluffy" art that's perfect for yourself or a perfect gift for whatever your loved ones are passionate about. 

Dale has worked many jobs, but nothing has stuck to him as something he really enjoys doing. A big piece of him lies in the fitness industry, as well as working for his dad's landscaping company, but he's been waiting for something to finally spark his interest. He'd been helping Hillary for a few years with her small business, and they decided to rebrand and add him to the team and invest in some new machinery to bring bigger and better products to the table. So together they created Threadz R Us, and hope to build it up together so it's full-time for both of them, while allowing them to have their hobbies and goals in other regards.
