 Shipping Policies

All orders are processed and packaged within 10-20 days of order date. As our items are made to order and (sometimes) custom made, it does take more time to process the orders. 

Apparel is likely to be 7-14 processing days.

Rugs are likely 10-20 processing days as they all need to be tufted, left 24 hours to be glued, shaved/carved and properly packaged. 

All orders are shipped via courier and can be tracked using the tracking number sent in your confirmation email. Shipping fees are non refundable. No exceptions. 

We understand shipping fees are expensive, but we insist on only offering shipping options that include tracking so you can feel safe and comfortable with your package arrival. 

Once your order is shipped, we have no control on what happens to your package- that is now up to Canada Post and we do not take responsibility for your package once it's in their hands.

Threadz R Us is not held responsible for the following:

  • Any & all mistakes made by Canada Post
  • Incorrect address
  • Difficulty with P.O. Box 
  • Damaged made by postal service 
  • Stolen package after delivery

If you choose Express Shipping. This does not include the time is takes to make the item. Processing time is still 10-20 Business days. You express shipping only takes effect once the item has shipped. 

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available free of charge. Once your order is ready, you will receive an email with the address and pickup instructions. Just choose "pick up" at check out, and you're set!

When you arrive, there will be a pickup bin in the corner to the right of the garage. Please grab the package labeled with your name and order #.

If your order remains un-picked up for 7 days, we will no longer be responsible for the condition of your order once 7 days have passed. 

Please take care to take your package kindly and be considerate of the other packages that are there.

Lost/Stolen Packages

Before you freak out, try locating your package via tracking number in your confirmation email. If your package has been "stuck" in the same spot for a few days, it could just be a courier delay.

However, please contact us immediately if your package has not arrived within 2 weeks after your tracking has stated that the package had been "delivered".

If the shipping address was input correctly on our end (from what you provided us), we will not be liable for any lost/stolen packages as we've fulfilled our responsibility of shipping out your order - you will have to contact the courier service.
